The Role:

As an Operations Officer at Tamex, you'll play a key role within a dynamic team, working closely with our Office Manager and Operations Team. Your responsibilities will include managing job bookings, handling administrative tasks, and delivering exceptional customer service in a timely and professional manner. This role offers the opportunity to grow and gain in-depth operational knowledge, demanding a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Your knowledge of Chain of Responsibility practices and relevant licenses will be highly regarded.

Essential Skills:

  • Time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Computers and administration.
  • Sound Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Excel and ability to learn in house software.
  • Excellent customer service, communication skills and attention to detail.

 

Desired Skills:

  • Background in Transport Industry but not essential
