We are well known and widely used within our target markets and, after 33 years, our focus is squarely on maintaining our excellent performance. While an ability to relate to our existing and potential customers is important, a drive for perfection every day is essential. 
 

• With your team, you will oversee a 24-hour operation, running 5.5 days a week.
• Manage the daily processing of 9 semis and coordination of 14 local vehicles for deliveries and pickups across Newcastle, the Central Coast, and the Hunter Valley.
•  Maintain strong relationships with customers, expanding on revenue opportunities.
• Lead a team of 20 company staff, and manage a subcontractor fleet. You will communicate, maintain and measure performance to ensure freight gets where it needs to be, on time, intact and accurately,

You may not come from a transport background, but you will come from a business that uses express carriers and you’ll know what excellence in this industry should look like. You will definitely be meticulous and energetic.
