The role: 

As a key member of our team, you'll lead and mentor a dedicated group of 10-15 team members to ensure the efficient movement of our freight. Your role involves close collaboration with the Operations Manager and fellow supervisors to coordinate pickups, oversee sorting, and meet cross-docking deadlines effectively. As an integral member of our team you will demonstrate our core values, lead by example and be supported by the Operations Manager and Senior Management Team.  A MR Licence is preferred, and a Forklift Licence is desirable. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence while reinforcing our commitment to exceptional customer service and safety.
